Free delivery if your order is over £45 is valid only on orders up to 20kg on standard 1-3 day courier service to UK MAINLAND ADDRESSES as classified by Business Post . The following locations are classed as remote by Business Post and therefore are classed as UK Highlands and Islands, or Remote Highlands and Islands. These postcode areas do not qualify for free shipping:

UK Mainland Delivery

• If your order weighs under 1.4 kg it will be sent by Royal Mail
• If your order 1.4kg or over it's sent via Business Post courier **

We dispatch orders Monday-Friday. Your sweets will be delivered within 3 working days from the date you ordered. Deliveries are made Monday-Friday between 9.00am-5.00pm. It is not possible to specify a time for delivery.

If you require your order to arrive on a specific working day we recommend you choose our Express Courier Delivery.

All orders sent via Business Post courier are automatically authorised to be left with a neighbour or safe at the premises if you or the recipient is out and unable to accept the package (they will always endeavour to deliver it directly first though). In this event, Business Post will leave a card advising you where they have left your package. If you DO NOT want Business Post to leave it with any neighbours or safe at the premises you must tell us in the delivery instructions box when you check out so we can inform them. Similarly if you have specific delivery instructions as to where it can be left please let us know so we can pass this on.

** Channel Islands deliveries will be sent by Royal Mail and will take 2-4 days. For non-mainland UK destinations, deliveries up to 3kg will be sent by Royal Mail and over 3kg will be sent by courier. Delivery will take 2-4 days.

Express Courier Delivery
We offer a next day delivery service via Business Post to UK mainland addresses. This service is available for orders placed before 1pm Monday-Friday (working days only) - they will be dispatched the same day to be delivered the following day (working days only). Simply select the 'Express Courier Delivery' option when you check out.

Named Day Delivery
If you require a package to be delivered on a specific day, then use our Express Courier Delivery service to ensure the package arrives on the day you wish. Simply select your required delivery date from the calendar on the checkout page and select the 'Express Courier Delivery' option. Delivery is available Mon-Fri between 9.00am-5.00pm.

If you request either the next day or named day delivery service (applicable to UK mainland deliveries only) and Business Post fail to deliver on the date requested, then we will automatically refund you, the customer, £3. This is the difference between our regular delivery charge of £3.99 and the next day/named day charge. Failed delivery as a result of incorrect, incomplete or unclear address information, or as a result of the recipient not being at the address to sign for the package is not covered.

International Delivery
With the exception of the countries covered by our European courier service if you are buying or sending Handy Candy goods outside of the UK we use Royal Mail Air Mail. This is not a trackable service and delivery times vary enormously depending on the destination country. In our experience it can take up to 21 days for some countries.

Due to oversees postage restrictions we are unable to send goods that weigh more than 2kg (1.9kg sweets + package weight) oversees using this service.

European Courier Service
We offer a European delivery service via Business Post for orders up to 10kg to the countries listed below. Delivery is trackable and takes 2-6 days.
