FREE DELIVERY ON ALL UK MAINLAND ORDERS OVER £50!
Free delivery if your order is over £50 is valid only on orders up to 20kg on standard 1-3 day courier service to UK MAINLAND ADDRESSES as classified by DPD . The following locations are classed as remote by UKMail and therefore are classed as UK Highlands and Islands. These postcode areas do not qualify for free shipping: AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-21, G83, HS, IV, KA27-28, KW, PA20-78, PH18- 26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE1-3.


Standard UK Mainland Delivery

• If your order weighs under 2 kg it's sent by Royal Mail
• If your order weighs over 2 kg it's sent by Courier

We dispatch orders Monday-Friday (working days only). Your order will be delivered within 4 working days from the date you ordered.

Royal Mail orders will be sent either by regular Royal Mail post or by Royal Mail's Track and Trace Service. All orders sent by Royal Mail are delivered with your normal daily post. If you have requested that your package be left in a safe place, your Royal Mail postperson will endeavour to follow your instructions, but if they believe the item may damaged or that the location is not safe enough they won’t leave it. If they cannot deliver your parcel they will leave a card notifying you and return the parcel to your local sorting office. You can then either collect from the sorting office or contact them directly to arrange redelivery – full details of these options are on the card that’s left. If your order is sent by Track & Trace you will recieve instructions with your dispatch confirmation email on how to track the status of your delivery via the Royal Mail web site.

Courier orders are delivered Monday-Friday between 9am and 5pm. It's not possible to specify a time for delivery. Orders are automatically authorised to be left with an immediate neighbour if you or the recipient is out and unable to accept the package (they will always endeavour to deliver it directly first though). In this event, the courier will leave a card advising you where they have left your package. If you DO NOT want the courier to leave it with any neighbours or safe at the premises you must tell us in the delivery instructions box when you check out so we can inform them. Similarly if you have specific delivery instructions as to where it can be left please let us know so we can pass this on.

Express Courier Delivery
We offer a next day delivery service via DPD to UK mainland addresses. This service is available for orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday (working days only) - they will be dispatched the same day to be delivered the following day (working days only). Simply select the 'Express Courier Delivery' option when you check out. Unfortunately for logistial reasons we are unable to offer a next day service to the Scottish Highlands or any UK Islands.

Named Day Delivery
If you require a package to be delivered on a specific day, then use our Express Courier Delivery service to ensure the package arrives on the day you wish. Simply enter your delivery date in the additional information field on the checkout page and select the 'Express Courier Delivery' option. Delivery is available Mon-Fri before 5.00pm.

If you request either the next day or named day delivery service (applicable to UK mainland deliveries only) and the courier company fail to deliver on the date requested, then we will automatically refund you, the customer, the difference between our regular delivery charge and the next day/named day charge.

Any failed delivery as a result of incorrect, incomplete or unclear address information, or as a result of the recipient not being at the address to sign for the package is not covered.

International Delivery
With the exception of the countries covered by our European courier service if you are buying or sending Handy Candy goods outside of the UK we use Royal Mail Priority Air Mail. This is not a trackable service and delivery times vary enormously depending on the destination country. In our experience it can take up to 14 days for some countries.

Due to oversees postage restrictions we are unable to send goods that weigh more than 2kg (1.9kg products + package weight) oversees using this service.

Unfortunately due to teh volume of orders that go missing in transit we do not currently ship to the following countries: Russia, Canada, Romania

European Courier Service
We offer a European delivery service orders up to 25kg to the countries listed below. Delivery is trackable and takes 2-6 days.
