Subject: Candy Corn I noticed on the description of these that you're not sure why the wrapper has spooky pictures on it. Well, this is because in North America, candy corn is traditionally handed out on Halloween as a treat to "Trick or Treaters". I only know this because I lived in Canada for eight months! She said why dont you go on the internet and look up old fashion sweets, and thats what l did , and l came across this site which had lots of good feed back and good reputation.
